And only 10 points from UEFA cup place! The middle of la liga is very tight this season.oliveview01 wrote:Only 4 points clear of relegation.....

Re: Malaga Football Club
But with 3 games to go those 10 might as well be 20.
Re: Malaga Football Club
Its possible that Malága could end up in the top half of the table....
A marked improvement on last year.

Athletic Bilbao v Malaga on Sunday. This is one match I don't want Malaga to win. Malaga are already safe but Athletic need the points to make sure they qualify for Europe and 5th place will mean no qualifying rounds in August.

Re: Malaga Football Club
Very few individual match tickets are available. La Rosaleda has a capacity of 29,000 approx and there are 26,500 season ticket holders! Tickets must be made available to travelling supporters so there are very few tickets left to sell.
the tickets for v Barca went on sale on Monday 25th July, they are only available for tribuna and range from 100 - 140 euro for advance purchase.
It still has not been announced as to when the match will be played, but 'the powers' are requesting a Sunday match as Saturday is the last day of Malaga Feria.
I'm sure you will be able to buy tickets from 'other sources' and get scalped.

100 euros to 140 euros
I know it's not quite the same but last weekend I went to the emirates cup and it cost 29 pounds for adults and 19 for the kids
The week before I went to Southamton v Athletic Bilbao and Werder Bremen in another tournament, 16 for the adults and 6 for the kids.

Sorry about the delay in updating you with the exploits of the "Boys From Rosaleda"....I've been a bit preoccupied lately but never fear...
I know hundreds, perhaps thousands, have been eagerly awaiting the latest news from the White and Blues...
Well we are in fifth position at present...Mr Wilding from the bog area of the Basque country should note that we are well ahead of Bilbao.
Olive needs no telling as to where Betis stand at the moment...Betis are a strong team; they're holding up most of the table....
6 wins and two draws from 12 would be considered "Champions League Standard" by normal Malaga CF standards....
Here's to a few more wins.....

Re: Malaga Football Club
Well after Betis had such a great start to the season, it has all gone belly up shame we can't all get Arabs as owners........ Still, you didn't manage a win at Betis did you? We used to be season ticket holders at Malaga, we got fed up with all the diving, some weeks Malaga were more like szlwimmers than footballers, gives you a bad taste if that is the only way you can win

And now up to third. Don't worry about Athletic though, we might be some points behind but we've got the cup final and a european semi final.hiker wrote: Well we are in fifth position at present...Mr Wilding from the bog area of the Basque country should note that we are well ahead of Bilbao.
