Most chemists will sell it without a prescription. I was in the chemist in Velez Malaga (across from DIA) and a guy came in asking for 100mg strength. He was not asked for a prescription. He baulked at the price and was offered the generic equivalent.

(Some people get 25mg just to stop them peeing on their slippers)

I was behind a man in a farmacia in marbella. He got out of a red ferrari, looked about 70 He asked and was given it, no prescription. (probably on his third trophy wife!) That particular farmacia has a list on the wall of items they will NOT sell without prescription. Includes antibiotics, all the valium products and sleeping pills.
