Used to be hairdressers both English and Spanish in nerja, just past the balcon bear right and it was on the right opposite was an English book/card shop. The best thing to do is have a hunt around in a morning for these sort of things and get your bearings, all part of the fun finding things for yourself.

I can recommend Ozzie's. Situated in Calle Pintada in Nerja close to the top (handy for the bus stop). Two English hairdressers, Olga and Mandy. Well established in Nerja with a loyal client base. Give them a try. 695616563

Don't be a feartie! Go to Maria Isabel in calle el zacatin in Frigiliana. No English but she's a great hairdresser. If you are worried, ask Fran (hairdresser at the bottom of the street) and he'll do a translation.
