Registering with a Doctor away from Andalucia

We have just put our house up for sale and IF it ever sells will be moving from Andalucía to a different area of Spain (probably Murcia). As my husband has chronic health issues requiring monthly blood tests, registering with a Dr will be our first priority.

Does anyone know what the procedure is for registering with a Dr in a new area - obviously our medical card has been issued by the Junta de Andalucía so this will no longer be valid. Do we have to inform the UK authorities of our impending move?
