Salud Responde App Working or is it down?

Postby Unicorn » Mon Oct 14, 2019 12:40 pm

Hiya

My Salud Responde seems to be down. I can get through on the laptop but the phone app is not working.

Is this my problem or is it happening to every one else?

Would be grateful if someone could try theirs, mine is snapping onto the app then immediately a black screen with the Salud logo at the top.

As ever, many thanks in advanc

All better. Just uninstalled & then re installed.

I was just worried I had been bumped off the list for some (Brexit) reason, but all is well.

Looking to see what appointments are available and when i click on my surgery ( i can chose 3 in the local area ) i get the message thats theres none available at any at the mo, if you need one more quickly then go direct to the drs you use (literal) translation. A family mem has a diff dr at the same practice and can make appointment ok.

Just wondering if anyone has had the same message before? drs on holiday or working somewhere else due to corona? Only second time ive used the app so dont know how common it is? they certainly cant be booked up.

I can book a appointment with a nurse at another surgery mid may but the message i mentioned above still comes up bar there is no appointments. It Just says if you need one quicker go in person.

I'll check notices on the door before.problem is when you ring they dont understand you even when you speak spanish. Asked as to why here no email address as it would make it far easier for everyone.but....

Are dr's treating ppl like those even in villages with no cases? I thought the uk was bad with the amount of ppl not been seen.

Maybe old news. The Salud Responde app now has a coronavirus section. Select your registration in the app and a new purple icon ha appeared. Contains information and a symptom checker that you can fill in and send off for a diagnosis.

Only in Spanish, like the rest of the app.

Went to the drs. Was able to go in and speak to the receptionist. Could have an appointment next week or if prepaired to wait could see someone else as the normal drs were working in the local town. Ppl were coming in to make appointments etc and see the nurse so pretty normal in that aspect. Not anyone waiting bar one or two.

Saw a very young dr maybe on work experience!. Well not that young but not that far off. Prescribed me pretty much everything ive already been taking abliet stronger dosage. but hey ho i suppose it got me out of the house for a few hrs by the time i queued at the chemist with half the village catching up on the latest gossip considering how long each person was in there. Then 45 mins in the drs. Even a spanish local got fed up waiting and said ill come back later!
