I think everyone is waking up and that includes the mainstream media.

Also interesting that the Spanish Government has now said it will be censoring all foreign news reports about Spain. So, they're expecting trouble from the public, going forward and will try to hide the riots from the world.

They've already given the go ahead to shut down all telecommunications within the country at the flick of a switch, should it be necessary due to public unrest. No court orders necessary.

Who would have thought that Spain is adopting measures more appropriate for North Korea!

Many countries seem to be threatening to censor. UK Labour Party want anti vaccers to be criminalised. Where will it end, soon be nothing to discuss or rant on Twitter except what we ate for dinner or which mask to wear

I’m lucky. Retired, no need to go to indoor bars and restaurants or public transport. I feel for those who have to commute, then work in customer facing jobs all day.

No. Plenty of reading, walking, cycling, eating and drinking all safe and sound outdoors. Prolly feel different in two weeks time when we return to UK.

Ok, so not completely redundant :silent: it's bound to feel different returning to the Uk but after a few days you will adjust as we all do. You can still continue to read and go out and about although the weather may dictate much of your plans. You probably won't be eating out doors but it's not all bad and the compromise will be a home which is cosy and warm no matter which room you wish to walk into with carpets under your feet. Just enjoy the rest of your time in the sun.. :)

LEVELS OF PROTECTION MEASURES AGAINST CORONAVIRUS IN ANDALUCIA

Hi there, we thought forum members would be interested in this section we have just elaborated.

The Andalucia government announced a system of four levels (niveles) of measures of protection against Coronavirus, which first came into effect after publication in the BOJA on 01-11-2020. This page explains which level each municipality in Andalucia corresponds to and the measures in place. A very handy guide translated by Kevin G. Monterrubio.

I think it may be just as well to wait a while before rushing to join the vaccine queue. The current crop of vaccines do not prevent a person getting infected or of passing it on but do help the infected person fight the virus — unless it is a mutated version and they only maybe. It's all too soon to be clear about anything. Not that I am suggesting doing nothing but maybe doing something is actually a bit pointless. Where do we go from here? Any ideas?

The virus is not winning this on it's own, it's being helped along by the ones not practicing, hands, face and space this is where the damage is being done. The covidiots!

If the effects of the virus were a serious illness for everyone it would certainly be a much different picture.. but for the vast majority of people who are not elderly or don't have a health condition they have learnt that the worst it would get for them is a sniffle or a mild case of flue. Even so you have to ask yourself if they are happy living with restrictions and being locked down, i certainly am not so i do my bit to stick to the rules when i am out.

Exactly Pamela. I would like to see figures of those who are actually ill not just these positive test results. People should uninstall track and trace and stop being brainwashed.

I think that anyone denying the existence and effect of the virus, or rambling on about it being some sort of big brother control plot should be made to serve time in a Covid ward, cleaning and tending to sufferers.
This is real, kills people or has severe long-lasting effects and must be treated with respect by everyone.

Might be nice to read a few stories from some of the 62 million that have recovered from this "killer" virus that has only killed 380 people under 60 since last feb in U.K :silent:

I haven't done the maths but if the UK has hit the rate of 60,000 new positives in a day, adding together all those that have tested positive over the past 10 months, surely most people will have had it by mid year. At least enough for herd immunity. Time to bring on another mutation :lolno:
