A neighbour had the opposite on Friday. He hadn't been called and asked his wife to check what was going on when she was getting her jab. Health Centre said tell him to keep his phone on, we may call at about 2pm. 2 pm phone rang, 2:15 jab administered. He asked when do I come back...answer...same day as your wife.

It's interesting...I only realised that the restrictions in Spain are still lighter than the UK even though the UK has opened up and the vaccine percentage is lower in Spain.

The one above was a mass vaccination centre in Malaga province. She is now waiting to be called.

New advice has been issued regarding the AZ vaccine. As more is learnt. it makes clear that a the problems is around 8 in a million
Due to lower probability of fatalities due to Covid, young people are more at risk. Even though it is highly unlikely that any problem will occur, it's still worth keeping an eye out for symptoms just in case.

We had our 2nd (Pfizer) jab this morning. There was a separator at the entrance, with "2nd Vacuna" to the left, and " !st Vacuna" to the right. Anyone in the 75-79 age bracket that had missed out on having their first jab went right, for a single-dose Johnson vaccine.

AstraZeneca currently shows 573.650 adverse reactions and 685 deaths overall in the UK alone without allowing for the rate of under-reporting. The report only addresses blood clots not all the other adverse reactions that have been reported.

I wasn't given a certificate of vaccination but my wife mentioned a couple of months ago that one can be accessed if required.

I met a friend while out walking the other day who had the AZ jab in the massive Bilbao Exhibition Centre last Friday. He was very impressed by how quick he was in and out. On arrival he thought he was going to be ages due to the length of the queue. Poor guy was suffering a little though due to some flu like symptoms.

Nothing given except the jab! When they update the Murcia Salud patient portal it should show the secong jab along with the currently listed first one. I can al least print that off if required I assume.
I got more paperwork when the cat had his jabs....

The details of the vaccinations appear on the Click Salud site within 24 hours and can be downloaded if you have a digital certificate.

Just wondering how people like us, ie only having private health care, no sip number or cards will be able to obtain proof?
We had our 1st jabs after asking to be put on the list to be done and have appointments for our 2nd dose.

If you are born before 1953 you can now book the Covid jab through the SaludResponde app or Clicsalud https://www.sspa.juntadeandalucia.es/se ... ortada.jsf

I notice they are now calling for people born between 1962 - 4 now as well:
Pueden pedir cita para la primera dosis de vacunación las personas nacidas entre los años 1962 y 1964 (57,58 y 59 años) y las de 68 años o más (nacidas en 1953 y años anteriores) independientemente de su aseguramiento (público, privado, mutualidad, etc).
Para ello, es necesario identificarse (con datos personales o con identificación segura) y después pulsar la opción Agenda Sanitaria/Pedir cita atención primaria.

I had my first AZ jab yesterday. I was called on Tuesday for appointment Wednesday. I went a bit early, went straight through to a small queue, having been given a number. I did not show any ID, just pointed out my name on the list. In and out in 20 minutes including a 10 minute sit down.

Seems that 1955 is the forgotten year as regards vaccine appointments. I know plenty of people 64 and under, 66 and older who have had the call. Me at 65 still waiting... Can't book via salud app either as I'm apparently the wrong age...
Regards

I had my 2nd jab today, 10weeks after the first one. I was told by the nurse that the majority of people experiencing side effects with AZ usually happens after the first jab and not so much with the 2nd jab..Pfizer apparently is the other way around, i shall see how it goes but so far 2 people in my family did have side effects with AZ after the first jab and none after they had the 2nd one, could be some truth in what she told me.
