The phone number on the web site is a recorded message from my provider, number does not exist (952425977)
The online cita system is rejecting my request. It's Ophthalmology we need.

Just had a quick look via their online system and the first appointment available for Oftalmología is 30/11.
In what way is it rejecting your request?
