Re: The Queen
A tremendous final day for the Queen. I watched the events unfold all day. No one does pomp and circumstance as well as the British.
Before anyone posts about tax payers money ... stay quiet on this occasion. Thanks.

I agree Lavanda. People around the world watched it by all accounts. Britain certainly knows how to do pageantry and pomp. It was a fitting tribute to a Queen of 70 years.
Re: The Queen
We watched it for over 5 hours. We were going out to meet friends early evening but could have watched more.

Re: The Queen
I dipped in and out of watching inbetween doing other things, had my family for lunch and made it a family gathering...It was a very grand affair and a befitting farewell to her majesty.Loved the piper at the end..
