Ashtanga/Power Yoga

I wondered if anyone knew of any Ashtanga or Power classes, Any classes which are a bit faster flowing would be great. I would even love to hear about any self practice groups which have started up. I am in Calahonda but am happy to travel. Apparently there is studio/gym in Los Boliches which has a banner advertising Ashtanga but I cant find it!!. Thanks for any help.

I attend a Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class at 7.30pm Thurs evening at Monolo Santana Raquets Club, just outside Marbella. I belive there's one on the weds eve as well. Not Ashtanga but hard work all the same. Thurs night he uses a big heater to really get the sweat flowing!
