Am feeling the urge to go swimming - has anyone tried the new indoor pool in Antequera which opened in Feb I believe? What's it like? When is it open for public swimming (pref adults only)? How much? Etc etc!
Ditto re the pool in Herrera. Anyone?

I shall answer my own question!
Antequera indoor pool looked lovely, brand spanking new, open from 9am until 10pm Mon-Fri. Always at least 2 lanes for adult lane swimming, 2 euros to swim (1 euro for over 65's).
Herrera pool (open from 10am until 11pm) is basically the summer outdoor pool but with a giant bubble over it until the end of May. Heated, lovely. €2,60 to swim, very quiet when I went so you can pretty much get a lane to yourself. Was greatly amused by the over 65's aqua aerobics class which was starting as I left, working out to "Rock DJ". At the end of this month they whip the roof off but keep the lanes all summer. Swimming cap and flip flops compulsory.
