Hi, we have bought antibiotics over counter a few times now with no problems bar once when asked for the prescription. My husband carries them all the time due to spider bite some years ago which flares up with amazing speed, he had to counteract it with immediate antibiotics.

I needed some for a sinus problem that would not shift and had infection on site of toe op done here in Sevilla by the butcher of said town
I found it amazing and good that you can buy more things direct here than in UK, Even gave me a choice of neck collars whna went to ask about one as have bad problem after car accident years ago in UK. I can see thought that there could be a problem with such easliy obtained medicines being taken perhaps un neccessarily.
