Renting in the Cadiz area

My cousin is thinking of settling in the Cadiz area - moving from Germany. Where might she find lists of apartments for rent with prices? The usual way might be to get a local paper but ... we're not in Cadiz. Is anything available on-line, please? She speaks excellent English and reasonable Spanish.

The local paper for Cadiz is http://www.diariodecadiz.es/ - plenty of scandal and stories about poor illegal immigrants being found on beaches.
One of the free papers advertising places is TUCASA and the web site is good. Obviously important to know what type of property and area you want. knowing the floor size is important in adverts.

But there must be many others. - google for 'alquiler' and either 'piso' or 'casa' and area you want.

Forgot to mention that on the front page of the Diario down topwards the foot on the right there is a link to 'canal inmobilario' which leads into more information. on some places for rent you get a Microsoft satellite map and image of what it looks like. Quite useful as a basic tool.

You could tell her to try http://www.luzhomes.com They do rentals as well as sales in the Cadiz area and it is run by a lovely couple, Maria and Roy, they are really helpful. I think that rentals are dealt with by Karen. Anyway, your cousin can look at their website.
