apartment situation Marbella

Postby toyotadesigner » Wed Apr 14, 2010 11:06 am

Does anybody know the current situation for apartment/piso rentals (long term) in the Marbella/Nuevo Alcántara area?

Are they still overcharging?

I am looking for an **unfurnished** apartment with living room, equipped American kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. (I don't like the ugly spanish trash in the homes). Must be CLEAN and definitely 'exterior'.

I know it **is** a problem to find reasonably priced home
We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.

Indeed, prices are falling though (privately at least!) and so you have a nice selection to choose from!

Avoid central Marbella if you want to avoid your "Spanish trash"
