Junta Delays

Postby Mobylette63 » Sun Nov 22, 2020 10:11 am

I have been waiting over a year for a SAFO/DAFO certificate and have been told it could be another year even though all paperwork has been submitted by architect. I appreciate that because of the Covid-19 situation things might be a bit slower in the townhall but that seems a bit excessive. As far I have been told everything is correct and we are just waiting for the stamp!

The house is outside Villanueva del Rosario but apparently it is the Junta Andalusia that are causing the delay..
