It was always about the music. Jake and Elwood may have fronted the show, but to back them up they made sure to have the meanest, sickest line-up of badass blues cats ever assembled. These were the men behind Otis Redding, Booker T & the MGs, Muddy Waters, James Cotton, Wilson Pickett, Sam & Dave, and the Saturday Night Live Band -- just to name a few. These players have since emerged as a powerful entity in their own right, and although scheduling makes it difficult, they have played together sporadically over the past three decades.

Hi costakid, this is the "Events" section of Andalucia.com. I enquired before posting if those events that I am involved with or run myself could be posted here, and was told yes.

One of the biggest plus-points to A.com's forum is that bar the odd inserted ad (as I type there is a small stationary Hertz ad above this box) which I assume is paid for I have been given the choice as to whether I want to look at any of the website's content or not.
As it happens, my default is "not" and this sort of advertorial is a sea change. Don't like it.

It doesn't matter a jot to me personally but I know how hot Cid is on certain things. I guess if you have asked and had the ok then thats why its still live.
