Editing and Deletion in DIY

Why can't we edit and delete our posts here? Or is it just me?

Hmm. Not sure. I have the buttons to delete/edit your posts but only have the edit button enabled in other forums where I have no magic powers - don't think I've ever been able to delete in any of the forums.

You should be able to delete your own posts in the other parts of the forum provided nobody else has posted after the post you want to delete. If you get my drift.

Now if I had been able to edit I could have added, for the sake of clarity, to my previous post, that I could delete it till somebody replied to it were it in any other fora. Of course having replied to it myself I could no longer delete it, but in this case I couldn't any way. Nor this once I press that button.

I'll wait and see if they spot it. That way we will know if they are moderating the moderators.

Seemingly the moderators are moderated. I can now edit and delete my own posts here.
