Damp proofing prevention/tiliing etc

Hi

Just bought a cortijo and the first thing I want do is reduce the damp (its not severe but the plaster is flky in places). Looking at the structure the immediate impression for me(non expert) is as follows:

No guttering so rain all falls down to base of walls.
Terraces above rooms do not have a sensible "slope" so water gathers in corners above rooms below
Water overflow pipes from terraces only extend 30cms, therefore dumping water on path by rooms below
No drains anywhere.

So i need a contractor to carry out the necessary rectification work on all the above and possibly more if they have any sensible ideas.

Do you have any recommendations in the Nerja/Frigiliana area, please.
