Replacing lock on Rejas

Have lost the key and need to replace the barrel, how does one get the old one out ?

The lock may have to be drilled out as the holding screws will be inside where the lock meets the strike plate. It may be an idea to get someone round if you don't have the tools.

If it were me I'd get a good locksmith in to cut a set of new keys.
I've had it done in the UK for a safe so I imagine they can do it for a reja lock.
You don't need the old key to do this
