Demolition costs

Hi, How much per square meter would it cost to clear a ruin in a village? The plot is about 40m2 and the building has collapsed. Aware that an architect would need to check on one side that is still attached to a house, and access/taking away rubble is difficult. Had quotes from €3k to €30k.....!
If I knew where I was going I'd be lost.......

Get a local Spanish friend to get a quote for you................ :idea:

Have you not got a local lad in the Village with a JCB, then Hire a skip or two.............. :idea:

A general discussion with the assessor after the Gota Fria in 2012 & she was stating that I'd be looking at 40-50k for a 120m2 property.
