Best timber pool treatment

Any advice on best varnish to color but also treat the wood? This is obviously already tanalized timber but its a few years old now and could do with a refresh - it is also its first year in Spain!

Does anyone know of anything i can buy in Bricomart/Leroy merlin to protect the timber from moisture but also bugs etc - and roughly how many liters i would need, no idea!

I think the second question about how many litres you need depend on the area of the timber so I would measure the area of one piece then multiply by 8 for the outside or 16 for both inside and outside of the pool. Of course if you want 2 coats then you will need to double the amount.

Cheers, each of the 8 sides is 1.44cm wide and the height is 1.5 so ill do my sums!

Any ideas what the specific varnish for bugs etc is called? Cheers

This product from Leroy Merlin will protect wood from fungi and insect.
