Borehole near Velez Malaga

Hi, I do hope someone on here can give me some information on boreholes. We have an existing well which was constructed some 60/70 years ago and is slowly running dry. It has been great for the last ten years. I was wondering if it is possible to get the well drilled deeper to create a borehole in the centre of it, at present it is 15m deep. We live very near Triana. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

A few years ago we had our well dug deeper, after going so far down, the chap doing it just made it wider, he said that ‘at that depth our water was coming from the side, not below’.
