Does anyone have an email address for Leroy Merlin. I need to return an item but do not have the invoice. I have looked on their website but cant find the email address.

On their web page, click Ayuda y Contacto, Contacto, then Otra Consulta and fill in the form. I find them good at responding but better if you use Spanish.

I bought the wrong item for about ten euros. No receipt, no refund. I did eventually find the receipt but was outside the refund period ( I think six months) so I donated the item to our local electrical shop .It was a Leroy badged item too.

One ray of hope is that if you used your Leroy card when you bought the item, then even without the receipt , they will refund. I recommend getting a card as you get something like 1% points and no marketing . If you have forgotten your card, just quote the NIE associated with the card.
