Covering up a rubble filled hillside

Postby elscouser » Fri Dec 06, 2019 10:55 pm

So my ‘view’ is the next phases hill which builders like to use every now and again as a dump for bricks and tiled. Activity has increased significantly recently and it is unsightly.

I WANT to do something about it and appreciate stopping it is nigh on impossible.

Id like to throw some seeds down that will cover the bricks etc. Any recommendations?

I’ll buy as many seeds as necessary and scatter them over the offending area!

Thanks in advance

My architect suggested a few bags of lentils!

Thanks everyone - no, the community don’t take responsibility for what essentially are fly tippers. It also doesn’t affect them as they can’t see it - only people from our phase can and this is a seperate entity

Another shout for Morning Glory. I cultivate it and water regularly while my neighbours prune. A real battle of wills. They consider it a weed. Looks a damn sight better than an old grey concrete wall imo.

I can't believe that someone hasn't cracked a joke about morning glory.

Am I the only one with a Jim Davidson sense of humour?
