What is this plant?

Won this plant in a raffle.
Like to know whether it is an outdor/ indoor plant etc.

Looks like an anemone - I know they can be planted out in UK, but not sure abount Spain. Google can probably help ;-)

Thinks it's a Ranuculus asiaticus, (Asiatic Buttercup). It's a pretty common garden plant, that is grown in the med. region. A herbaceous perennial that will grow very well outside. Grown in the UK as a summer bedding plant, but will be fine grown outdoors all the time here.

A quick Google search confirms that it is indeed a Ranuculus asiaticus.
