No problems reported for any uk satellite channels.
So suggests an issue with your set up somewhere.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it

Been making enquiries with a local comany to have our LNB replaced. I said its an old box, we only use it for the remaining free channels such as Sky News and Pick, and they said that Sky News has moved onto a different satellite about a week ago so we won't get that?

Sky News (and pick) is on the same frequency (12070) and satellite (Astra 2e) it has been on for several years.
It is still on a "european" beam, so easy coverage across spain.
So no idea what your local company is doing if they cannot even get Sky News, one of the easiest frequencies to get!!!!Or why they are saying it has changed satellites, when it hasnt. Perhaps a company to avoid if they are this useless.
But yes, and LNB change may get the channels back (i did one yesterday where receivers were getting most channels, but not Sky news, changed LNB, and bingo bano bongo in it came)

They offered 'other TV alternatives' ..... when I said that actually I can get Sky News on the Firestick OK and that I just want my old Sky box to work again, they went strangely quietsatandpcguy wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 7:12 am Sky News (and pick) is on the same frequency (12070) and satellite (Astra 2e) it has been on for several years.
