In the UK I order mine from http://www.discandink.co.uk/. Been using the company for about 3 years.

Very good quality, I buy their own brand, Phoenix, and they deliver next day.(Monday - Saturday)

We buy all ours from Ebay and find them value for money! Postage is reasonable as well and of course you can buy in bulk!

We buy ours from Carrefour or eBay. Carrefour often have offers on, especially around now, the back to school time.
If not on offer, we buy from eBay and never had a problem.
