Can I put my firefox browser on disc to use on another computer..and will it keep my favorites and passwords??

There are two easy options. Install Foxmarks bookmarks synchroniser and you can access your bookmarks and passwords from any PC. The other is to instal FEBE which backs up all your Firefox data. These are both Firefox addons which you can easily find.
Then just download the latest version of Firefox on the other PC and synchronise with Foxmarks or restore from FEBE.
I am sure there are many other options.

You can get Firefox mobile which will run from a pen drive.
