Channel 4+1 has disappeared

has anyone else lost channel 4+1? i expected to lose CH5 etc as we now have no card, just the free channels, but dont understand how we have channel 4 but not the one, 1 hour later!

Karen, Just tried CH4+1 on our TV and it's working OK.

Channel 4+1 working fine here as well.

You can still get Five as well. You just need to add it as an extra channel if you lose it on 105 when your old blue card is deactivated. (Not everyone will lose it on 105, it depends on what area your card is registered to.)

thanks for replies. That's really strange mine has gone. Thanks for the tip re CH5. How do i add channels? Can i add fiver US etc or just CH5. Maybe i can reinstall CH4 this way too?

You should be able to find channel four. but not fiver as it's encripted

thanks mark. channel 4 is fine, its the channel 4 + 1 i can't seem to get back. have just rebooted it to no avail.

Skys free to view system is slowly being changed.

Can anyone get Sky 3 and Viva with the blue card with the yellow house??????

New white cards are now needed at £20 a throw
