Hi Julie
I also have a Vigsys docking station.
How are you trying to connect the laptop and PC to the docking station?
Cheers

Hi Julie,
I see we were trying to help you back in October........you didn't come back :(

viewtopic.php?f=35&t=21611&p=192548&hilit=Vigsys+docking#p192548

As you can see we got Gerry's connecting ok..........we will need detailed info so we can work out what is not going on :)

So now.........does the PC work connected directly (RJ45)........if its the only one on, does it work :?:

I'll let Gerry run this one as he has the same setup........I'll monitor and input if needed :)

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi the vodafone dongle connects directly to the vigsys (kind of sits on top of it) which is connected by cable to my pc . My laptop should then pick up the signal which it does but it's not possible to actually connect to the internet. I gave up the last time I tried to sort it out as a friend said they could help but it came to nothing
I'm not that great wih these things

thanks

Hi Julie
Are you saying that when your desktop PC is connected via a cable to the Vigsys you can access the internet OK?
Are you also saying you can't access the internet via the WiFi connection on your laptop?
Cheers
