Bluetooth

I had blutooth application on my old computer running windows 98, & when I changed recently the new one has vista but the blutooth will not work. We tried to load it on to my wifes system from the cd, which runs 98 ,but it wont work on their either . I can see from the cd that it doesn't say for vista but it should load on the wifes . The version is IVT bluesoleil 1.4.9.5 / 1.6 Any ideas ?
