Hotmail problem

Postby campocaro1 » Wed Feb 09, 2011 7:44 pm

I am having problems accessing my hotmail emails. I can see the headings so I know that they have arrived but the right hand screen where I normally see messages is blank and I can't open any of the emails or folders -ie sent mail , drafts etc.
Other things on computer/ internet seem to be working OK
Any hotmail officionados there who can help??

Hi campocaro1,
Clear down your browser cache, reboot your system............or try accessing Hotmail using another Browser.

Let's know how you get on.

I've managed to access through another browser-must be something to do with my browser (Firefox) and Windows? What does 'Clear down you browser cache' mean?
I'll try again tomorrow
Thanks
