movistar end of contract

Hi my movistar contract comes to and end in June (thank God!!)I would like to move to a pay as you go and am considering Yoigo. Does anyone know if it is possible to keep a contract movistar number when you move?

Yes, when you contract with them you have the option to retain your number (portabilidad)

Hi metalmonkey,
Have a look at www.hitsmobile .es my wife and I were both contract (Vodafone) before we joined hits p a y g, very cheap calls and txts and you can have an automatic top up if you want,and keep your old number, after 2 years no problem at all.
