Downloading ITV programmes,

I have a pretty slow internet connection and since the big change have been downloading BBC programmes because trying to watch live TV is a disaster with loads of buffering. However ITV and the other channels do not have a downloader. Does anybody know of a way of downloading programmes from other channels.

I download TV programmes via Filmon.

I agree with Beach ... just 'Record' the program you want and then download it

Thanks for that guys, tried it out and downloaded a programme, but sound kept disappearing. Do you pay for your service or do you have the free option?

I use the free version, the Standard Quality ... but the recorded program is always in High Quality.

If you have a sound problem it will probably be with your playback program or your PC.

Never had a problem with sound and, as Martin Page says, quality is excellent.

Can the recorded programs (via filmon) be played on an external device (Ie) straight to a tv???

What format are the recorded files???

They are MP4. I download them to a USB pen drive which I plug in to a USB socket on my TV.
