Kindle replacement

Postby pilgrim2 » Fri Jul 11, 2014 12:35 pm

Sadly my trusty ancient Kindle, has died.........

Looking at options to replace it. I have the kindle app on my tab where I can adjust the screen settings, but nothing is quite as good as the Kindle.

Any recommendations??

At the moment it look like staying with the Kindle and the basic model seems the best option as I only want to use it to download and read books in the sunshine!

cheap e - readers are good, however you have to watch out for the short battery life which can be annoying.

its sometimes can be a few hours, and Im assuming a kindle is alot longer than that.

Thanks Acen. Looks like a new Kindle then, you do not need to charge it very often and at 59 pounds its not expensive.
