Skype. Should I be concerned?

Skype. Should I be concerned?

This week when calling a uk mobile from my skype its indicates to the recipient that am calling from Afghanistan? Usually its just a random number as I don't have a skype number that I am aware of.

Shouldn't show up if you haven't set up Caller ID..................
