I needed a part in March, got a quote from them for out-of-warranty price, transferred the money to the account given me.....after many weeks and a lot of chasing they finally admitted that they did not have the part. They have been messing about ever since, wanting copies of the bank transfer, copies of the quote, and so far five months later have not refunded my 100+€!El Cid wrote:Alternatively, for total peace of mind with regard to warranty issues, Dell online offer on site warranty repairs for up to four years.
