Re: Am I being hacked
Hi Enrique i cant get the the IP address on the tablets and some of the android phone. The kids have two kindle fires. Apart from going to into wifi and clicking connection (it then does not appear).Enrique wrote:

Do a scan, confirm the IP's belong to you, change to Known and Save.
When any new devices come on to your network you get a voice check and can view the "new" log.............
thanks all for your help, Ive been getting messages saying that a computer with my IP address is already logged into my network.
cheers
JB

Hi john the baptist,
Check all your device IP's , write them down.......
On Whoisonmywifi........match them up.
Change your password on your WiFi Router, you do have one?.........have to use new password on all your devices to connect.
Download inSSIDer 3 and check out the networks around your area............change your Channel if on same as others, 1, 6 &11 are best
It could be just a software glitch and one of your devices has got its Lease time mixed up..........

Hi john the baptist,
On the Tablet..............
"If you're looking for the current IP address of your Kindle Fire, tap “Wireless” in the “Settings” menu and touch the network to which you are connected. The IP address will display next to the connection."
Not work for you...........
