Too Smart to be Scammed Test

Postby firsttango » Mon Jan 22, 2018 10:26 pm

Always worth checking your "current" abilities to identify todays scams. I got a disappointing 7.......worrying as it just takes the one to bite you

I also got 7 out of 8, but the one I got wrong was a genuine one that I wasn't sure about, so I erred on the side of caution ;-)

7 out of 8 for me as well.
I guess the one I got wrong was the same one as Chrissie got wrong.
It was a genuine one which I thought might be a scam but I think it could have been worded better as it was genuine.

7/8 for me; tripped up on Q6.

The interesting question to be asked is 'Who devised this test?' What a good way to discover what folk might fall for...
Or is that suspicious too far...?

7 out of 8 for me too. I think Q6 is the one that caught us all out but best to be cautious.

The longer the thread runs the easier it will get because Q6 has been highlighted as a trick question now.

7 out of 8. I got the same one wrong as most other people but I still think when in doubt be cautious.

If you scored 7 out of 8, you need some training in spotting fraudulent messages. Please call the following number to book a course. 123456789

Please have your Bank details and Pin number to hand when you make the call.
