I have been trying to access the Movistar web site for a while with no success. Down For Everyone just returns an error message with no definitive result. Could someone else try for me please.

Looks like it's currently DOWN.................... :(

Even their IP is timing out..............

I was just about to ask the same question! I tried to do a top up over the weekend but nothing happened so I repeated it a bit later. I expect I've got both lots added now!

It was OK over the weekend for me. I have been following the progress of the rectification of a fault for a friend and it has been OK until today.

It didn't seem to like the card I was trying to use. So I used a different one and the money has gone from my account but is not yet showing on the phone/website. Not sure if it takes time to be credited, but usually with my other SIMs it is instant.
