Perhaps all you experts know about it but thought I would mention it.
I slipped getting out of the hot tub and had my new iphone in my hand, slightly wet. difficulty turning it on and the camera was blurry. Someone advised me to leave it in uncooked rice overnight. I put it in a plastic container with the lid on...it worked, fine now.
Anyone else have any good, easy tips.

Re: A useful tip?
I tried that once with an IPhone which got wet in a heavy shower and it didn’t work.
I had an IPhone X and now have a IPhone 11pro and was under the impression that they can both survive being under water for a limited time.

The latest iPhones are waterproof down to about 2m. It would probably have been OK without the rice.
