Re: Intelsat
I am getting 96% strength and 97% quality as usual on both of my Technomates.
Re: Intelsat
Thanks .Fine now. Guess it was atmospherics as a few on other groups were reporting it aswell.
Re: Intelsat
Thank goodness for that .... I spent some time wrestling with the hundred cables behind our TV unit last night thinking there was a problem. Usually it's the cats going mad and racing around the back of the TV and dislodging everything!

Re: Intelsat
Bad weather in the area maybe, but doubtful atmospherics as a) it would affect other satellite signals as well, and b), signals prefer colder temperatures then when it is hot...
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it
Re: Intelsat
My clueness on techy stuff includes weather and atmospherics together. Have to google the difference!
Re: Intelsat
I went outside to look and the skies were clear and starlit. Usually it pixilates in heavy cloud. Strangely our internet ran slow at the same time. It was very bad and we couldn't watch TV as it was freezing and picture was jumping about for quite a while. It had cleared later on in the evening.
Re: Intelsat
Yeah same for us. Clear sky so it was odd as reception drops when its heavy rain or low cloud
