Microsoft updates of terms of use

Postby pensure1988 » Fri Apr 02, 2021 6:56 pm

Has anyone also received an Email re Your Services Agreement made clearer sent by Microsoft. I am a bit perturbed by the section labeled Payment Terms of this Service Agreement. Will we have to pay for some of their services in the future and give our Debit/Credit card Details to them. This agreement comes into force on 15th June 2021.

Do you currently use any of their chargeable services such as Office 365? If not it won’t really affect you.

That is obviously not a Microsoft subscription service.

I haven't received an email from Microsoft yet.
Having a quick look at the "Covered Services" which are probably the ones that are paid for the only one I have an account for is Skype.
No hardship, for me, to delete my Skype account as I rarely use it.
Cheers
