Renta 2020

Postby gerryh » Fri Apr 09, 2021 1:41 pm

Tried to access Renta Web using Win 10 Pro, the latest version, and Firefox 87.0, latest version.
When I click on " Acceda con certificado o DNI electrónico" I get an
¨ error 403
Error de identificación. No se detecta certificado digital...."

I do have a valid digital certificate installed which I can use to access ClicSalud+

Does anybody else have this problem?
Cheers
Gerry

Yes just tried it in Edge and it works OK.
But prefer to use Firefox. Perhaps need an older version of Firefox.

Cheers

Just installed Firefox 75.0 and works OK

No, the current campaign is Renta 2021. This covers the 2020 Renta declaration.

The confusion is that someone changed the thread title on some of the posts. Both are technically correct.

Regarding using a digital certificate, it’s just as easy to create a reference number which does not need either a certificate or cl@ve and will work irrespective of browser or operating system.

AEAT refers to is as 'Renta 2020'.

Yes, I know the campaign is called Renta 2021 for accessing the 2020 Renta declaration.
I Changed the subject on my posts to Renta 2020 to keep peteroldracer happy.
I forgot about creating the reference number.
Much easier than creating a Cl@ve pin or using a digital certificate with an old version of Firefox.

That was the point I made. It is the 2021 Renta campaign which covers the Renta 2020 declaration. I think they deliberately make it confusing.

This is the first year noticed it, but maybe it was there before.

Rental income, deductible expenses...you have to put in the NIF of whoever did the job for you. It only takes valid numbers so you can't throw in random number. Is that new this year?

Luckily there is a box at the bottom where you can input an expense without an NIF number, so foreign rentals you don't need to input the details. But by bit they will know every detail!

My husband and I submitted our declarations a week ago, using the reference numbers. One odd thing, though, was that in my husband's case the system accepted the numero de soporte from his new TIE whereas in my case it said that was an invalid number, and I had to use the numero de soporte from my old green card. We collected our TIEs on the same day, in early April. I wonder why that was?

I had a similar issue setting-up Clave PIN for friends a few weeks back..TIE number did not work, website said the number was not correct. I called the IT support number and they fixed it in 30 seconds and said try again and it worked.

When I set up Clave PIN myself a few years back it would not accept my Soporte number but it worked no problem for my other half. We did residencia together and our número de soporte are only different by the last digit.

So it seems to be completely random or possibly somebody did not tick a box when inputting details

Thanks, if the same thing happens again I will try that - this is about the only thing I ever need the numero de soporte for!

In my case the number problem was caused by CNP declaring the number on our residence permits be invalid. This all happened several years ago and AEAT now appear to recognise the problem and has made the matter easier to resolve.

It will be interesting to see is the same problem arises with the change over from green sheet to TIE.

I am getting "avax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: eu.eidas.auth.engine.configuration.SamlEngineConfigurationException: Error (not. null) processing request: No private key entry matching serialNumber = 5000f7131f6c45d5e1de414a0ea68f6, and AC issuer = Inform Components OA68f6 and issuer = Components O = FNMT-RCM, C = ES found in configured keyStore - null
Please try again later"
This is for the Murcia Salud site, wanting to check OH's next prescription date. Strangely I can get in to the Agencia Tributaria site using my usual Digital Certificate, so is this just a problem on the health service site?

AEAT ditched Java about three years ago but, as you can see from your error message, the Social Security sites still use it. Even their helpline admits there is a problem with it but can offer no solution.

There may be something in your Java control panel that you need to change or it could just be a problem with the site. I could not get into it either.

No problems with Clicsalud. I thought Java was defunct now. I was advised to uninstall it which I've done.

Please someone get me started: i can get in to the Renta 2020 and it loads my data.
It asks if i want to incorporate pensions from abroad (a question I don’t remember seeing last year?) - all my income is this, one lot paid into UK bank, other into Cajamar.
Do I simply say yes to incorporate it, or say no and enter the total amount later?
With my OH she gets a crown pension (box 525) paid into Cajamar and state paid into UK bank - i have forgotten how to enter these too!
Help much appreciated!
The A.coM FAQ is excellent but does not actually tell you how to input the amounts.

The option to incorporate pensions etc has been included for several years, however, I have not found this to be a reliable option and prefer to enter it manually as I work my way through the form with all pensions, other than exempt occupational pensions being entered in box 4.

If you have completed this form on previous occasions you will obviously be aware of the facility to swap between 'declarante' and 'conyuge' at any time during its completion.
