My wife has a Xiaomi Redmi 7A. Very good value for the price.

I stand corrected. That's why I only said pretty sure :-)

Surprised Huwei are still up thete since they were excommunicated by Google. I would have considered Huawei next as I'm more than happy with their tablet i have. But no more and i won't be the only one...

Well thank you for all the responses and experiences, I have now fixed the problem with my whatsapp so won't need a new phone for the foreseeable future, thank you for all the responses though, cheers Al :thumbup:

I bought Samsung A21s for the missus and i from carrefour, at €159 each when they were on offer.

I could never justify spending 500 on a phone. Especially if I only needed 'basic' functions.
