Lyca mobile

Postby gruff » Sat Apr 23, 2022 12:28 pm

I had Lebara PAYG but ignored the messages saying I had to get a replacement sim so have now lost it. Decided I needed a cheap contract so sent off for a sim from Lycamobile at 5 euros a month. When I received the sim there was very little info as to how to register or activate it. Information online is sketchy, have phoned customer service twice but one of the problems is that although they spoke good English generally it was a different matter when they had to spell out an email address. I think I have sent my details to the right address but no response.
Has anyone else had this problem with Lyca?
