Urgently Help Needed
My Neighbor has a IPhone with a Sky Mobile Sim in it. Her Network in Spain is Movistar. We have tried turning on and off Flight mode, turning on Roaming to Automatic and trying to connect to Movistar 4G Network. It keeps on saying No Network available, try again later. Her phone worked perfectly in Spain last year. She even went into the Movistar Shop in Estepona last week and the gentleman said we can not help you , contact SKY Mobile in UK. What is the use of that. It is the Movistar 2G,3G or 4G Network she is trying to log onto in Spain.We have even tried changing the APN Settings nos to 240 and 57 but this does not seem to help either. Phone has been rebooted to try and pick up the Movistar Network.

Sounds like Sky may have blocked her roaming. Is she on a contract or PAYG?

Sound like you have been doing your homework........ you've probably seen this...........

Have a look at what Sky has for your Network Connections.........
Go to sky.com/networksettings sign in with Sky ID
select the right number or plan name
scroll down to Resend network settings and select Request Settings
Reading around this morning some things popped up.........
Minimum Daily spend setting must be set to £2 or more per 24 hrs ........ this didn't work for one customer.
On iPhone the APN setting..... mobile.sky username/password leave blank.
