My UK mobile ( Samsung J3, service provider ID Mobile ) has suddenly stopped receiving text messages. All other functions seem to be ok. Have had SIM out for a wipe but had no effect. Any ideas or advice would be welcome.

Try rebooting it.
Press and hold the Power/Lock button, then select Restart > Restart. Note: If you are unable to access the screen to 'Restart' the device or if it becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, until the device restarts.

Thanks Sid. Done that a few times but unfortunately it hasn't helped. Looks like a trip into the Donmovil shop tomorrow.
