Android password retrevial

Is there a way, such as there is in Firefox, to retrieve the current password for an application ?

Depends on the application.
Some don't use passwords, some have a password retrieval method.
What is the app is it that you need to retrieve the password?

All mine are saved on Safari. When A.com had a problem last week i retrieved mine but system still would not let me log in.

It's the official Formula One App. I have it working perfectly on an Andriod tablet but have lost/forgotten the log in on both my phone (android) and my desktop (W10).
Firefox has a list on the desktop but they all fail.

Just tried it and it allows to to set a new password so no need to recover it.
