Shocking traffic accident stats

The Spanish traffic department has revealed that last year across Spain, almost six thousand drivers who were involved in fatal accidents did not have a driving permit. 2,610 of these drove cars, 152 drove trucks, 18 drove buses, 308 were at the wheel of vans and the remainder were driving motorcycles or mobylettes.

Doesn't suprise that over half of these were scoots but of course if no driving permit then you can bet no insurance neither. Which leaves the law abiding driver up a creek with only a lawyer to paddle when you're involved in any accident with an uninsured driver.
